Wedlake Tor

This is a very small outcrop above the farm of the same name, near to White Tor on the western side of Dartmoor. The easiest way to get here is to park at the car park above Peter Tavy and follow the main path out past Boulters Tor and Setters Rocks. At Stephen’s Grave hang a right and the outcrop will be seen after a short distance. There are good views all around with Cox Tor, Roos Tor and White Tor all in view, as well as good vistas to the west, over to Cornwall. There are no ranges at this tor however the Merrivale Range starts at White Tor just to the north.
