To give it its full name, the Sourton Church of St Thomas of Canterbury sits on the western side of Dartmoor in the hamlet of Sourton. The position of the church gives some nice views to the west and to Cornwall, particularly Bodmin Moor. The chancel was built in the 14th century and the rest was built in the 15th century with lots of repairs happening in the 1800s. Its another lovely Dartmoor church.
