This 19th century pub sits nicely in Postbridge on the B3212 road to Moretonhampstead from Two Bridges, not too far from the famous clapper bridge. It has recently undergone a bit of a refurbishment with new owners taking over in late 2022. This has meant the pub now offers a bunkhouse, January opening and has plans for camping and horse rising possibly. Its a good pub, good local beer and cider and a moved bar, into a place nearer the barrels which saves wasting beer when flushing the pipes (Karen the owner told us this). Its a good spot for a pint at the end of a walk, and is good for a Sunday roast.
