This is an area of parking around the ever popular Haytor. The parking spots spread along the B3387 from Haytor Vale village to Hemsworthy gate. The car parks beside the tourist information centre and closest to Haytor itself are now pay and display, however those further west are still free, for now. The walks from here are endless, there are at least 20 tors that can easily be reached from here and you could pick up 10 by walking a loop of no more than 4 miles.
