This tor sits below Saddle Tor Cottage on the way down towards the Becka Brook. It sits in a farmers field, underneath a tree at the edge of one field, spreading into the next one. Its an easy outcrop to get to as there is a public footpath through that field and it can be reached easily from nearby Holwell Bridge and the Boulders of that name. The views from here are pretty decent across the brook towards Holwell Tor, Haytor and Emsworthy Rocks. No military firing ranges near here.
