This is a fairly substantial outcrop within the woods to the east of Water, near Lustleigh Cleave. In fact it is a 5 minute walk from the Kes Tor Inn. The outcrop is within the woodland so any views are blocked by the trees, however it is very easy to get to by following the path, turning left at the junction of paths and the outcrop starts there, head up into the woods to see the larger outcrops. There are no military ranges near here.
