Lower Top Tor is a small collection of granite near to the B3387 car parking spots for Top Tor or Bonehill Rocks. There’s not much information about this tor other than it sits within about a mile of at least 10 other tors on my Dartmoor tors list. The views down to Widecombe are fantastic, as they are from most of this area. No doubt you will either bag this tor first or at the end of a walk, making it more of a stopping spot before moving on to better things. Still its on the list. There are no military areas near here.
