Sanduck Grove Tor

Sitting within a copse of pine trees called Sanduck Grove, halfway between Lustleigh village and the hamlet of Sanduck, is a smallish tor called Sanduck Grove Tor. This outcrop rises out of the pine needles, to stand upright to a decent height, with the boulders all leaning against each other. There are no views from this tor as it is surrounded by the trees but its is fairly easy to get to. If you take the lane out of Sanduck, which eventually ends in Lustleigh village, heading south east after a km you will see a fingerpost public footpath sign on your right, head down and look out for the footpath sign leading into the woods on the left, the tor will be seen easily on your left above the path. There are no firing ranges near here.
