This is a pub sitting in the centre of Widecombe in the Moor, near to the village green and opposite the church lych gate. A historic 14th century pub (refurbished a few times since then!), this was built by the masons whilst they worked on the church of St Pancras opposite. A good pub for the end of a fine days walking around the village.
