Blacka Tor is a small tor at the end of Challacombe Down and under Hameldown Beacon, it sits in a lush valley of many farms and winding lanes. As a result its not clear if access is possible, however there is a marked footpath right at the bottom of the final part of this tor, with a clear lane leading to the top. A simple trudge up this grassy path will get you to the summit, although farmers fields abound here. This access is from the eastern side and seems to be the only way up this tor. There are no military firing areas near here.
