Callisham Tor is a small tor near to the villages of Meavy and Lovaton. Its a tricky tor to park near but the best starting out spots are either from Meavy (meaning you get to finish in the fab Royal Oak pub) or at the crossroads to the east of Hoo Meavy, where you can park on the grassy verge. Public footpaths across fields get you near to this tor, within 5 metres however the tor itself is within trees and also looks to be on farmers land, so I ventured no further. You get the views though from the fence which are all the way to Cox Tor to the north and across Roborough Down to the south west. There are no military areas around this tor.
