Littaford Tor

Littaford Tor sits on an impressive ridge between Crockern Tor and Longaford Tor, and as such it is not a particularly big tor and therefore is overshadowed by the higher and more impressive looking Longaford Tor, as well as the more historical Crockern Tor. It does have one end of Wistman’s Wood sitting below its summit and fantastic views especially to the south to Crockern Tor and east towards Postbridge. The nearest military firing range to Littaford Tor is a couple of miles north or west (Merrivale firing range).
