As it says on the tin, this one is lower down the hill than its grander cousin, in the direction of Burrator reservoir. There are a couple of stacks here and the views along the reservoir are very, very good from here. However standing here it feels as though someone is looking over your shoulder all the time, the large mass of Leather Tor looms large behind you and looks huge from down here. Just like Leather Tor it is simple to get here from the many parking spots along the B3212, or coming up from Cross Gate Cross and the parking there. There are no military parking areas near here.
