An aptly named tor which sits in the middle of Stonelands Waste, by the main path as it snakes it way towards John Canns Lane. A large rock next to the path gives an idea to what lies behind. There are more outcrops running down the hill passing through non native woodland and into scrub and holly. Keep heading down and you will eventually reach a fence beside the last outcrop to a view across a field. There are no military areas near here.
