Easy peasy lemon squeezy! To get to Sharpitor consists of about 300 metres of walking and not much ascent. A very, very popular tor mainly because of its location near to the B3212 Princetown road but also for its grand views to Burrator, turn around and the views towards Cornwall are just as good. It’s a cracking little tor with plenty of granite rocks to clamber around on, however if it is peace and quite you want, then nearby Peek Hill may be a better bet, otherwise carry on to Princetown and beyond! There is no military activity around this tor.
