Quick Bridge

This is a road bridge sitting right on the boundary of the Dartmoor National Park, on the southern edge, between Cornwood and Lee Moor. There is nothing special about this bridge really, it sits right by the entrance to the Headon Clay Works and spans the outflow from one of the streams from the Headon Works. This granite bridge carries plenty of trucks coming out of the works, as well as the traffic between Cornwood and Lee Moor. There’s a decent parking spot on its south eastern side allowing for a good walk up the Newpark Waste path to Penn Beacon and beyond.
