This is a 14th century church in the small hamlet of Sampford Spiney. It is grade 1 listed structure that was extended in both the 16th and 19th century and started its life as the chapel to the nearby manor house. It has an old 16th century font inside and sits just off the main abbots route between Tavistock and Buckfast Abbey. A cross sits on the green just down the hill waymarking this church.
