This stone row sits on Hurston Ridge, just to the east of Fernworthy Forest. Its a pretty decent stone row, reasonable length and it must have the best views of any of the stone rows on Dartmoor. To the east the patchwork fields of East Devon spread away as far as the eye can see, Cosdon Beacon is to the north and Meldon Hill in the east. Its an easy stone row to find if you follow the Two Moors Way from Bennet’s Cross. The larger stone at the south western end will be first in view if you come from that direction..
