Two Moors Way

The Two Moors Way is a Devon coast to coast path that covers around 102 miles and crosses both Dartmoor and Exmoor from north to south. The path starts in Ivybridge just to the south of Dartmoor and finishes in Lynmouth on the north side of Exmoor. It crosses some stunning scenery on the moors as well as wooded valleys and rural landscapes between the two national parks. More information on this route can be found here  http://www.devon.gov.uk/two_moors_way.pdf including an overview map.
