Plym Steps

This is another ford across the River Plym, sitting about half a mile downstream from Plym Ford at the point where Langcombe Brook meets the Plym. The ford itself is rarely crossable (is that a word??) however head upstream 15 metres or so and you should be able to jump across fairly easily. The paths either side give good access to plenty of tors in the area with Lower and Higher Hartor on one side and Little Gnats Head and Calverslake Tor on the other.
