Green Tor sits behind Great Links Tor and also to the west of Kitty Tor, as a result the distance views are limited with the exception of southwards. Here you can look along the Rattlebrook to Hare Tor or round to distant Fur Tor and Cut Hill. Bleak House is also nearby, in fact there are 5 or 6 tors within a very short distance of this tor making it easy to bag a number of new tops without much effort. Again park behind the Dartmoor Inn near Lydford and follow the track past Arms Tor and then cross the Rattlebrook by Bleak House. Green Tor sits right on the edge of the Okehampton firing range so keep an eye out for red flags flying on Kitty Tor.
