Scorhill Tor is a small rocky outcrop over-shadowed by the more illustrious Scorhill Stone Circle which sits a few hundred metres away. I doubt half the visitors that go to the stone circle also visit the tor. To be fair it doesn’t have too much to draw you there that isn’t at the stone circle, only a slightly better view down to the North Teign river. The views to Gidleigh Common are similar as are those to Kes Tor. Still it ticks one off the list and is easy to get to. This tor is not within any military firing range.
