This cross sits on the green of the village, surrounded by trees which each have a significance in time, whether it be a coronation (George 6th, Elizabeth 2nd), a Jubilee (Victoria) and the millennium, there is a tree planted for it and a stone to commemorate it. On the green there is a also a water pump (no longer works) and the cross. The cross itself has been a footbridge before being rescued and put here.
