Wansfell

Staying in Troutbeck it would have been daft of us not to have a walk up to Wansfell via Nanny Lane, the weather looked as though it would cover the tops in low cloud, however as we reached the summit it cleared enough to give us some views.

Distance – 5 miles    Start time – 10.30am     Time taken – 3hrs    Highest Point – Wansfell  487m
Weather – Damp, low cloud on the tops which cleared eventually!
