Pepperdon Rocks

Now there are plenty of tors with Pepperdon in their name, but these are the actual rocks, there’s a down to the north with a couple of outcrops on them, one called Pepperdon Down infact. These rocks give a great view over to the eastern side of Dartmoor proper, with Haytor, Black Hill and lots more to see. There are 4 outcrops within about 500 metres of each other and a mile walk in a loop will pick up Pepperdon Down and Rocks and Little Pepperdon, alongside Rose Cottage Rocks. A nice place for a short explore. No firing ranges near here.
