One of the best direction guides on Dartmoor, the 196 metre TV and radio mast stands high over all of the National Park.It was originally built in 1955 by the BBC to provide television to Devon. You can see this from most parts of the moor on a clear day and for that matter from most of Plymouth, particularly at night when red lights shine from the structure.
