South Brent to Shipley Bridge

Today was time for something a bit different, this walk gives you a bit of moorland, woodland tracks and quiet lanes. It is perfect when perhaps the weather isn’t quite as good as you would like!

Start – South Brent
Route – Lutton – Didworthy – Shipley Bridge – Ball Gate – Aish – Lydia Bridge – South Brent
Distance –  4.5 miles    Start time – 10.00am     Time taken – 3 1/2hrs    Highest Point – Ball Gate 310m
Weather – Cloudy, some sun but very windy
