It’s June and time to lengthen the mileage walked, I headed first over tors I have visited before in the Staple Tors and Roos Tor. However this time I carried on out the back of Roos Tor to Cocks Hill (not worth the effort!) and Lynch Tor (more than made up for Cocks Hill), before doubling back to White Tor. Finishing with a leg busting haul up to Cox Tor (should have stayed lower through the dip!!).

And from Little Staple Tor looking back

Bit of zoom to the River Tamar and the bridge

Middle Staple Tor views

Next stop is Great Staple Tor

Now on Roos Tor looking back to Great Staple Tor

Behind Roos Tor the path leads to Langstone Moor

With views across to Great Mis Tor

The River Walkham below Great Mis Tor

Boggy Cocks Hill looking to Lynch Tor

Not much up on Cocks Hill so I didn’t hang around

The Lych Way, the bumps in the distance I think are Beardown Tors.

Fabulous views to Cornwall from Lynch Tor

Furthest to the right my next target, White Tor

Looking north, Great Links Tor the high point at the back

The wilderness behind Lynch Tor

High Willhays again to the north (the bump in the distance)

Love it up here, great views to Cornwall across the valley

Looking back to Lynch Tor

And ahead to White Tor

The menhir on Langstone Moor

And again with Cox Tor behind

From White Tor zooming in on Great Links Tor

Looking back to Lynch Tor with Fur Tor to the left

Cox Tor to the right my final tor

A farming scene

My legs were burning when I finally reached Cox Tor, it was further than it looked to get round from White Tor to here

White Tor to the left

I spy an ice cream van in the car park! As I descend down the front of Cox Tor
