I didn’t have much time and the weather had been dry if a little blustery, however I managed to get a quick walk in around the Mountbatten area of Plymouth which gives good views across Plymouth Sound to Cornwall. Its a simple walk of very little difficulty and distance but it was good to be out.

Mountbatten Tower built in 1652 and is a scheduled ancient monument. It was a key defensive firing point into Plymouth Sound
